PURPOSE:To compensate for a change in the zero point under the non-load condition due to environmental change, by storing quantity of electricity at the time of non-load as zero point data and subtracting this accurate data from a data under a loading condition to perform wt. display. CONSTITUTION:A power source is temporarily closed under the non-load condition to supply a current to a load cell sensor part S and an amplifying part/A/D conversion part 4 from a microcomputer 5 to which the power source is always applied and the load under the non-load condition at that point in time (under the temp. and humidity conditions in the environmental state) is detected by the sensor part S and the quantity of electricity and the time of non-load is stored in the microcomputer 15 as zero point data and, at the time of load, an operation switch PSW is turned ON correspondingly to this wt. and the power source is closed to the whole of machinery and the wt. at this point in time is detected by the sensor part S in the same way as mentioned above and the quantity of electricity (zero point data) at the time of non-load is subtracted from that at the time of load and this quantity of electricity is converted to a wt. value which is displayed on a display part 6.
