PURPOSE:To attain service corresponding to an individual person and not to increase the exchange installation by storing information relating to plural subscribers connected to the same terminal in an information storage device belonging to each individual person and applying call connection according to the service condition written in the storage information at the calling of a subscriber. CONSTITUTION:Subscribers possess an information storage device 1 individually and a terminal equipment 2 is provided with a read function and a transfer function of the information stored in the device 1. An individual number of the subscribers and the information of various contract services are stored in the device 1. A subscriber sets the device 1 to an information read section of the terminal equipment 2 to allow the section to read the content of the information. The terminal equipment 2 transfers the read information to an information receiver 4a of an exchange 4, and the receiver 4a transfers the received information to a controller 4b to await the reception of a dial number. After the said transmission, the subscriber dials the number of an opposite subscriber or the service registration number and sends it to a transmission line 3 through the terminal equipment 2. In this case, it is sufficient that the exchange only stores the information received by the controller 4b tentatively and registers the subscriber by having only to distribute the information storage device storing the content of contract at the service contract.
