PURPOSE:To eliminate the formation of air in the particles by passing molten raw particles through a laser beam to previously sphere the particles, and quenching and solidifying the particles after passing through the laser beam. CONSTITUTION:Raw particles 30 in the storage part 21 of a raw particle feeder 20 is supplied by natural falling into the laser beam 11 corresponding to the width W. The raw particles 30 charged into the laser beam 11 are immediately melted and the molten particles are dropped to the power part through the beam 11. In the course of falling, the molten particles are sphered by their surface tension. The sphered particles are passed through the laser beam 11 and sent to the peripheral environment, where the particles are quenched and solidified to form the desired spherical particles 31 which are recovered by a recovery part 40.
