PURPOSE:To improve the data transfer capability by dividing processors into one interface processor and plural scan processors and allowing each scan processor to apply scanning independently and in parallel so as to transfer a data. CONSTITUTION:An interface processor 11 groups plural scan line addresses according to the number of a scan address control circuit 13 and writes the result in each scan address circuit 13. Further, the interface processor 11 commands the start of scanning to each scan processor 12. Each scan processor 12 applies line scanning and applies processing corresponding to the processing request from each line. The operation of the said scan processor 12 and the scan address control circuit 13 is executed simultaneously in parallel as to the plural sets. Since the processing speed of each scan processor 12 is enough to be small, the processor is constituted by utilizing an inexpensive and general- purpose integrated circuit.
