PURPOSE:To enlarge a bonding area and to increase the bonding strength by disposing the core material of a honey-comb construction between two skin materials made of thermoplatic resin and applying heat and pressure externally to adhere the skin materials to the core material. CONSTITUTION:Between the two skin materials 1 composed of thermoplastic resin such as polystyrene, polyethylene, polyamide, the core material 2 of the honeycomb construction made of aluminium, paper, plastic or the like is disposed with its upper and lower ends applied by an adhesive agent 3. Then, heating the periphery thereof to the temperature of 80-120 deg.C and pressurizing to several ten atmospheres, the obtained product is maintained for 1- several minutes, while keeping the state as it is. Then, the skin material 1 is deformed along the formation of the end part of the core material 2 to produce recessed parts and protruding parts 1a, and the end of the core material 2 bites into the recessed part of a rear surface and adhered and fixed.
