PURPOSE:To form the package of a photographic sensitive material capable of safely protecting photographic performance and improving productivity by forming a coating layer composed of a UV-hardenable resin. CONSTITUTION:The package of the photographic sensitive material has the coating layer composed of the UV-hardenable resin, and the coating layer is formed by radical polymerization reaction or cation polymerization reaction in accordance with the kind of resin to be used, but the kinds of polymerization reactions are not limited in the case of using the UV-hardenable resin. Said coating layer can be formed by coating the base of the package of the photographic sensitive material with a coating composition comprising a UV- hardenable type vehicle embodied by a composition of a prepolymer, a monomer, a UV polymerization initiator, various kinds of colorants, and other additives, by an optional coating means, and then, hardening it with UV rays. |
