PURPOSE:To obtain excellent laser beams, keeping high oscillation efficiency by forming an opening member whose total-reflecting mirror side surface functions as a total reflecting surface and which has a plurality of openings between a partial reflecting mirror and a total reflecting mirror and bringing the total reflecting surface and the total reflecting mirror to the state of reso nance. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting film 61, which is shaped onto a partial reflecting film 12, whose surface oppositely faced to a total reflecting mirror 2 functions as a total reflecting surface and which has a plurality of openings, consists of an opening member unified with a partial reflecting mirror 1. The reflecting film 61 is composed of a dielectric multilayer film or a metallic thin-film, and arranged so that the total reflecting mirror 2 and the total reflecting surface are brought to the state of resonance. That is, the reflecting film 61 to which a plurality of holes are bored is shaped onto the surface of the partial reflecting mirror 1 in order to acquire a large number of excellent modes from one mirror. |
