PURPOSE:To efficiently further accurately perform two kinds of machining, by mounting plural edged parts of two kinds to a single cutter body and simultaneously positioning the respective edged parts to be adjusted through an edged part position adjusting means. CONSTITUTION:A cutter body 20 mounts to its opening part edged parts 66a, 66b for holding the first tips 90a, 90b further edged parts 108a, 108b for holding the second tips 124a, 124b. The tips 124a, 124b in the second edged parts and the tips 90a, 90b in the first edged parts are mounted respectively facing to opposite directions, and each of rough cutting by the second edged part and finish cutting by the first edged part, after the rough cutting by the second edged part, can be independently performed by turning the cutter body 20 in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
