PURPOSE:To improve an effect for facilitating heat transfer with boiling by inserting and brazing both ends of a V-tube to parallel straight heat radiation tubes after applying an uneven metal plating layer to the internal surface of said tubes. CONSTITUTION:With a straight heat transfer tube 10 and a radiation fin 3 temporarily coupled to each other at a predetermined position, the straight heat transfer tube 10 is expanded with a specified pipe expanding machine and a radiation fin 3 is press fitted to the external surface of the straight heat transfer tube 10. Then, a positive electrode rod 14 is passed along each central axis of a plurality of said tubes 10, plating liquid is poured in the tubes 10 and electric currents are supplied between the positive electrode rods 14 and the tubes 10, thereby electro-plating the internal surface of the tubes 10 unevenly. Furthermore, a V-tube is brazed thereto and a heat exchanger 1 having the tubes 10 and the radiation fins 3 is completed.
