PURPOSE:To efficiently perform multi kinds of machining, by providing a plurality of edged parts to be arranged in the internal peripheral part of a cutter body while removably mounting the cutter body to a rotary transmission part which constitutes the main unit of a device engaging with a rotary driving source and rotating. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of roughing tips 96a, 96b and finishing tips 62a, 62b are mounted to the internal peripheral part of a cutter body 10, and the body 10 engages with being mounted to a drum member 110 engaging with a rotary driving shaft. A pin 122, mounted by a thread to the used cutter body 10, is positioned in an intermediate grooved part 118a, and the body 10, being moved retracting in the axial line direction, is removed from the drum member 110. A new body is mounted by reversing the preceding procedure, and the cutter body can be renewed in a short time.
