PURPOSE:To take out laser beams having a large M value efficiently by expanding laser beams on the axes of mirrors and bringing out laser beams to the outside in first and second mirrors. CONSTITUTION:The shape of the reflecting surface of a first mirror 1 is constituted of the surface of revolution acquired by turning a curve showing concave surfaces projected into a resonator on the rotation axis 6 side more than the circumferential side around the axis of rotation 6. The central section of a second mirror 2 has a hole 7 taking out laser beams to the outside, and the shape of the reflecting surface of the second mirror is organized by the surface of revolution obtained by revolving a curve showing convex surfaces projected into the resonator on the circumferential side more than the rotation axis 6 side around the axis of rotation 6. The first mirror 1 and the second mirror 2 from the resonator, and laser beams reciprocating the first and second mirrors are amplified by a laser medium 3, and laser beams are expanded on the axis 6 from the remote section of the axis 6. |
