PURPOSE:To suppress the wear of a guide mechanism and to prevent the generation of dust by using a porous member impregnated with a lubricant to produce at least a rail or the outer ring of a bearing. CONSTITUTION:A bearing outer ring 11 is made of a metal and a rail 12 is made of ceramics. The film 14 of a lubricant is impregnated into may holes 13 of the rail 12. Thus a stable lubricant film is formed over the surface of a guide rail. As a result, the contact friction is reduced between the ring 11 and the rail 12. The wear of both the ring 11 and rail 12 can be suppressed and the generation of the dust is reduced remarkably.
