PURPOSE:To prevent the filling material from blocking the window opening part or from not being filled into the opening part, by inserting the quartz bar or the like into the groove for coil window and thus limiting the filling region of the filling material within the region near the side face of the rear gap part side. CONSTITUTION:The core block 5 contains the groove 6 for coil window plus the connecting component filling grooves 7 and 8, and the copper-plated layer is provided on the opposing surface of the connecting component on the surface of each groove. The metal powder 9 of mixture of the silver powder and the copper powder is filled into each filling groove, and the quartz glass bar 10 touches outside of the groove 6 for coil window and with no contact given to the groove bottom surface. At the same time, the metal powder 11 of the same composition as the powder 9 is filled only into the position 6b in the gap between the bar 10 and the groove 6. Such structure is heated up to about the melting point of the metal powder in the vaccum or hydrogen atmosphere. In such way, both core half-bodies can be fixed assuredly with an ample opening secured for the winding work. |
