PURPOSE:To improve the line efficiency by using a line with a low operating efficiency while being subjected to multiplexing by N(N>2) kinds of independent data. CONSTITUTION:A parallel data input section 1 receives an external parallel data 5, sends the data to a serial data output section 2, where the data is converted into a serial data. The serial data output section 2 samples the data from the input section 1, adds a control code to constitute a transmission frame. Then a clock from a transmission/reception clock generating section 4 is used to output a serial data in the transmission frame externally. Then a serial data input section 3 sends the external serial data to an opposed parallel data output section 11 to output a parallel data.
