The invention relates to the field of vehicles for transporting valuables. The vehicle according to the invention, comprising tilting chests 14, is essentially characterised in that it is equipped with two lateral arms 4, 5 each pivoting about a vertical spindle 6 and capable of being folded back along the upper part of the vehicle body in a housing 7, each arm being equipped at its free end with a member for hooking on a receptacle 8 which is integral with an internal closed chamber 12 inside the body, the said arms being rotationally controlled by jacks connected to a control assembly intended to act upon the rotation of the said arms in interaction with the condition of members for tilting and locking the chest, and comprising safety means intended to return the arms and the chests to the locked transportation condition immediately.
