PURPOSE:To decrease bearing pressure and enable degree of miniaturization, by arranging a composition in such a way that a load caused by a heavy weight item is conveyed to a support stand through a heavy weight item rotary support member. CONSTITUTION:A heavy weight item receiving metal fixture also serving as a rotary shaft 1, which is the heavy weight item rotary support member, is of a heavy walled tubular configuration, and a notch 1a fit to the supporting point configuration of the heavy weight item is provided over the entire length. This heavy weight item receiving metal fixture also serving as a rotary shaft 1 is so supported that it is rotatable around the center of a holding shaft 2 of a semi-circular column fixed to a support stand 4. Therefore, since the load of the heavy weight item is supported by the entire contact surface of the heavy weight item receiving metal fixture also serving as a rotary shaft 1, bearing pressure is decreased and the miniaturization becomes possible.
