PURPOSE:To simplify the production process by forming a V-groove in a shape of a bellows in a side wall part of a cup-shaped member which has been obtained by executing the blanking and drawing to a prescribed size, and subsequently, bringing a gear to form rolling to a quadruple thick wall part which has been obtained by making the bellows part adhere closely to the bottom part. CONSTITUTION:A disk of 2.0-3.0mm which has been blanked by a blanking stage is formed in a shape of a cup, a V-groove is formed in a cup-shaped side wall part 4a being near the bottom surface, by a V-groove forming stage, and also, the end side of the side wall part 4a is bent to the inside and the whole side wall part is formed in a shape of a bellows 6a. The bellows-shaped side wall 6a is brought to an adherence bending, and a thick wall disk outside peripheral part 10b of a four piece superposed structure is formed. In the outside periphery of a drive plate base material which has been obtained in this way, a tooth part 13a is formed by a gear form rolling equipment. By manufacturing the titled drive plate by this method, a welding stage which has been used for a conventional manufacture can be eliminated completely, and also a product having a high performance can be obtained. |
