PURPOSE:To safely and easily perform a roll two piece hanging and one piece hanging by providing the mechanism which shifts a hook in the roll axial direction to a hanging tongue and the leg for stabilization in shifting and by correcting the centroid unbalance in crane one piece hanging. CONSTITUTION:A hook 10 is lifted up in Y direction by a power cylinder 8 by hanging it on the lug chock of the upper roll 14 and moved in X direction by the motor 11 for shifting until becoming the same centroid as the lower roll 15, after stabilizing the leg 2 of a frame 1 on a rail 16. Then, a roll 15 is placed on a sleeper and a roll 14 is further moved onto the sleeper after moving the whole frame 1 body to the prescribed position with grasping the lower roll 15 by a hook 3. In this way the roll two piece hanging and one piece hanging are safely and easily performed. |
