PURPOSE:To improve the binding force at joint surfaces by the affinity between the elements of thin metallic films and the oxygen of nonmagnetic oxide layers by interposing the thin metallic films consisting of a specific simple substance or the alloy thereof between magnetic metallic films and nonmagnetic oxide layers. CONSTITUTION:The thin magnetic metallic films 1 are laminated via the nonmagnetic oxide layers 2 into several layers - several tens layers. The other thin metallic films 3 are interposed between the thin magnetic metallic films 1 and the nonmagnetic oxide layers 2. The thin metallic films 3 are made of simple substances of metals such as Zn, Sb, Ti and Al having high affinity to oxygen or the alloy thereof and have about 50-600Angstrom thickness. The elements A such as Zn, Sb, Ti and Al are strongly bound by the metallic bond with the other elements A and the elements M constituting the thin magnetic metallic films and are at the same time chemically bound with the oxygen O in the oxide by the high affinity to the oxygen thereof. The high adhesive power generated by such bond prevents the exfoliation at the boundary between the thin magnetic metallic films 1 and the nonmagnetic oxide layers 2.
