PURPOSE:To easily press an insulating pipe toward an unsoldered part by holding a short-circuit piece linear when the insulating pipe is pressed in and forming belt parts after welding the short-circuit piece at two places. CONSTITUTION:One end part of the linear short-circuit piece 1 is soldered to a 2S terminal metallic fitting 2. Then, the insulating pipe 3 which is made of, for example, rubber and flexible or elastic is inserted into the short-circuit piece 1 from the other end side. The insulating pipe 3 is pushed in toward the soldered part and put away from an unsoldered part. Then, the other end part of the short-circuit piece 1 is exposed and the unsoldered end part of the short-circuit piece 1 is soldered to the 2L terminal metallic fitting 4. The insulaiting pipe 3 is shaped to cover the other end part of the short-circuit piece 1, and the short-circuit piece 1 is bent almost in a U shape to constitute a 2S-2L terminal 5.
