<p>PURPOSE:To know the difference of electrical characteristics clearly at a glance by providing a label shown by a previously determined color according to the electrical characteristics of the contained semiconductor integrated circuit in a package on the surface of the package. CONSTITUTION:A color which is previously determined to clearly discriminate the electrical characteristics of a semiconductor integrated circuit, e.g., pink for a high speed characteristic or green for a low power characteristic in a CMOS STATIC RAM, is attached on all the surface of a package 1. A sort classified by the electrical characteristics of the semiconductor integrated circuit contained in the package can be discriminated at a glance of the color on the package 1 without an error.</p> |
