<p>PURPOSE:To pull an electric automobile easily by interrupting a flywheel diode connected in parallel with a motor on backward traction by manpower. CONSTITUTION:When a main switch 5 is turned ON, a contact 2a for a relay 2 is closed, and a motor 3 is connected to a battery 11 through a chopper circuit 4. When an electric automobile is moved backward on a slope, etc. under the state in which the main switch 5 is closed, regenerative braking in which currents generated by the motor 3 are returned to the battery 1 through a flywheel diode 7 is conducted, thus preventing a rapid descent on the slope, etc. The main switch 5 is opened on backward traction by manpower. Accordingly, a contact 6a for a releasing relay 6 is opened and the connection of the flywheel diode 7 is interrupted, thus resulting in no electric braking.</p> |
