PURPOSE:To easily execute and inspect an operation by installing a central control unit, a terminal equipment for control and a remote control relay for load controlling in a distribution board. CONSTITUTION:The central control unit 1 and plural terminals 2 for monitoring and terminal equipments 3 for control to which specific addresses are set are connected by a pair of signal lines 4. In this case, as the modularized central control unit 1 and a remote control relay 6 are arranged in a distribution board 29, a special space for installing the central controlling unit 1 is not necessary, and the wiring of signal lines 4 between the central controlling unit 1 and terminal equipments 3 for control can be disposed in the distribution board 29 similarly to the wiring of power lines. Accordingly, execution becomes easy, and the inspection of operation as to whether a load 7 is controlled normally or not can be executed easily.
