摘要 PURPOSE:To secure water sprinkling at a proper period and to improve the utilization rate of a system by sprinkling water at the same time through >=2 optional on-off valves among plural on-off valves. CONSTITUTION:A water head command arithmetic means 4b calculates a water head command on the basis of on-off states of respective on-off valves V1, V2-, pipe line data, node data, and downstream flow rates. Further, an estinated integral flow rate arithmetic means 4c calculates the estimated integral flow rate of each on-off valve on the basis of the water head command, on-off states of the respective on-off valves, pipe line data, and node data. Consequent ly, water is sprinkled at the same time through >=2 optional on-off valves among the plural on-off valves by controlling the supply water head of a feed water pump device 1 remotely to respective estimated values. Further, the utilization rate of the system is improved by this simultaneous water sprinkling.
