摘要 PURPOSE:To expand the demodulation range width by increasing interelectrode distance formed to both major surfaces of a piezoelectric substrate while utilizing the width of the substrate so as to reduce the undesired static capacitance between lead electrodes thereby reducing the effect of the symmetrical mode. CONSTITUTION:Split electrodes 2, 3 are arranged toward the right from the center at the latter half of the piezoelectric substrate 1 and a common electrode 4 is arranged toward right from the center of the piezoelectric substrate 1. The 2nd lead electrode and the 3rd lead electrode being a ground part constitute the output part. the input part consists of the 1st lead electrode 8 and the 3rd lead electrode 10 being the ground part and they are arranged at the remotest position at both left/right ends on diagonal lines in the broadwise direction of the piezoelectric substrate. Thus,the static capacitance formed between the 1st and 3rd lead electrodes 8, 10 is very less and the static capacitance reduce the difference between the anti-resonance frequency and the resonance frequency in the symmetrical mode.
