PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having a high sensitivity and a high durability by providing with a photosensitive layer contg. a specific tetrakisazo-compd. on a conductive substrate. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer contg. the tetrakisazo-compd. shown by formula is formed on the conductive substrate. The tetrakisazo compd. shown by the formula has high efficiencies of generating an electrostatic charge and implanting a carrier to an electrostatic carrier moving medium, and also has a very excellent property as the carrier generating material of a separated function type photosensitive body having a laminated or a monolayer type. The electrostatic charge carrier moving medium which is used by combining the tetrakisazo compd. is generally classified into 2 kinds of the moving mediums of an electron and a hole. Both of them may be used to the titled body respectively, and the mixture thereof may be also used. |
