PURPOSE:To make it possible to supervise easily the operating condition of a device, by detecting electrically the drive of a hydraulic pump and the placement of valve bodies of a solenoid operated valve and a hydraulic selector valve, and inputting these detected results into an operation unit, so as to directly take hold of the behavior of the hydraulic selector valve. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic pump 8 is equipped with a hydraulic pump detecting unit, which is used to detect the drive of this hydraulic pump 8, that is, equipped with an electro-magnetic relay 4 which detects the operation of a driving motor 9. In addition, a solenoid valve 12 is also equipped with an electro-magnetic relay 5, which is used to detect the placement of the valve body of this solenoid valve 12, and a hydraulic selector valve 11 is equipped with a displacement sensor 1, which is used to detect the placement of the valve body of this hydraulic selector valve 11. The detected results which are got by these units, are input into a logic operation unit 6, and here, in case of being decided that the operating condition of the device, especially the behavior of the hydraulic selector valve 11, is abnormal, signal is sent to a warning unit 7, and this warning unit 7 is operated.
