PURPOSE:To improve the appearance, by covering with a casing a mixing valve body and connection cylinders for hot and cold water connecting a mixing valve with a hot water supply pipe and a cold water supply pipe. CONSTITUTION:A mixing valve body 12 includes a temperature sensor 19 and a controller 24, and is provided with hot water connection cylinders I 27 and II 29 and cold water connection cylinders I 28 and II 30 as a connection cylinder for connecting a hot water supply pipe 25 and a cold water supply pipe 26. The connection cylinders 27-30 and the mixing valve body 12 are castings without plating, and are covered with a casing 20 formed of resin. Therefore, the appearance may be improved, and the cost may be reduced since expensive plating is not necessary.
