PURPOSE:To apply the talking voice insertion system to the demmand assign satellite communication system by using a control ground data link so as to connect a control ground station and a ground station to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:When a controller CONT of a ground station A detects a call of a relay line device TRKi, the controller CONT sends connection information to a control ground station N via a control ground data link DL. The station N uses the connection information to decide an opposite ground station, e.g., a station B, and sends the connection information to the station B. The station B selects an idle relay line device and returns its number to the station N via the link DL. The station N holds the correspondence of the relay line device between the stations A and B, a voice is detected by the said relay line device and when a request of satellite channel comes, an idle channel is assigned and it is informed to a request sender ground station via the link DL, the channel assignment is information to the ground station being the connection destination to attain the communication. |
