PURPOSE:To enhance the regenerative efficiency of a cooler having a heat regenerative subcondenser, by providing such an arrangement that a mode other than a cooled air blow-off mode is selected when the temperature of a subcondenser exceeds a first set value and a compressor is stopped when the above-mentioned temperature is below a second set value which is lower than the first set value. CONSTITUTION:A mode controller 2o receives signals from a temperature sensor 22 for detecting the temperature of an evaporator and a temperature sensor 23 for detecting the temperature of a heat capacitor in a subcondenser 11, and opens a cooled air discharge bypass valve 16 to set a cooled air blow-off mode. Further, when the heat-regenerative temperature exceeds a first set temperature such as 30 deg.C a standard bypass valve 18 is opened to set a standard mode. Further, when the temperature of regenerative water is below a second set temperature which is lower than the first set temperature after the heat- regeneration being progressed, a heat regenerative bypass valve 19 is closed to stop the operation of a compressor 2. With this arrangement, it is possible to enhance the efficiency of heat regeneration of the heat capacitor. |
