<p>Retikinonase 1, a new protein enzyme with proteolytic activity, capable of inactivating bradykinin, is prepared by culturing a Streptomyces strain using methods similar to those used for antibiotic or enzyme preparations, and extracting the enzyme from the cultured medium followed by purification.</p> |
