PURPOSE:To prevent an air conditioning load from being increased due to an aeration throughout a year and improve an energy saving by a method wherein an intermediate temperature between an indoor predetermined cooling temperature and an indoor predetermined heating temperature is set as a changing-over point of an air conditioning mode for the controlling of a ventilation device. CONSTITUTION:Indoor and outdoor temperature signals are fed to a temperature comparator 9, indoor and outdoor enthalpy signals are fed to an enthalpy comparator 10, indoor and outdoor absolute humidity signals are fed to an absolute humidity comparator 11 where each of the signals is compared in its value. Then, electrical outputs got from the intermediate temperature setting part 12 and the indoor temperature signal sensing part 1 are compared at the temperature comparator part 13, then they are fed to a condition discriminating part 14 together with the signals from the comparators 9, 10 and 11, discriminated there and then an operating signal for the ventilation device is outputted by the signal outputting part 15. With application of the intermediate temperature, a mode of the ventilation device can be set only with the indoor air temperature. It is possible to apply three types of change- over controls; i.e. a normal ventilation operation, full heat exchanging operation and a sensible heat exchanging operation, by comparing a difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures, a difference in absolute humidities, and a difference in enthalpy are compared to each other.
