PURPOSE:To perform the input and output of data with effective use of an address space by using a means to connect the address and data buses to other plural selected address and data buses respectively. CONSTITUTION:A selector 2 selects an address bus AB and a data bus DB of a memory 3 or an address bus AB and a data bus DB of a register 4 and connects them to an address bus AB and a data bus DB of a computer 1 based on the contents of description of a register 5. Then the contents of description of the register 5 are changed by a command analyzer 6 and the register 5 switches the selector 2 according to 0 or 1 of the contents of description. Thus the selector 2 selects and switches those buses AB and DB of the memory 3 and the register 4 for connection to the buses AB and DB of the computer 1. In such a way, an address space is used effectively for input and output of data with use of the register 5.
