PURPOSE:To place a louver piece for constantly determining the air flow direction at a predetermined position by detecting the position of a disc using a position detection means of the air flow changing device of an air conditioner or the like, emitting a signal when the detected position of the disc coincides with a predetermined position, and stopping the driving of a motor by a stop circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a power is supplied to a motor 32, a cam plate 34 is rotated, and a louver 18B is swung in a horizontal direction via a crank plate 36 and a driving rod 28. By opening a driving switch 46, a low level voltage (logic O) is inputted to the input terminal 45 of an OR circuit 42. Further, the output of the OR circuit 42 becomes a low level voltage and a transistor 48 is made non-conductive. Accordingly, a relay coil 51 is de-energized, and a relay switch 51A is opened and supply of power to the motor 32 is stopped. A reflection part 41 upon this occasion is provided at a position where the louver is directed to a predetermined position, and hence the position where the louver stops becomes constantly a predetermined position.
