PURPOSE:To prevent a user from receiving an air flow for a long period of time at the time a louver is at a stop by intermittently carrying out the swinging movement of the louver, and automatically setting an air flow in a predetermined direction at the time of stopping the louver. CONSTITUTION:When a changeover switch 41 is connected to the side of an NC contact, a louver continuously swings horizontally to diffuse a hot air flow. When the changeover switch 41 is connected to the side of an NO contact, a hot air flow is diffused for only a time where the swinging of the louver is set by a time constants of a variable resistor 54 and a capacitor 51, thereafter the louver is automatically stopped at a predetermined position and the hot air flow is discharged toward one direction for only a time set by time constants of the variable resistor 52 and the capacitor 51. then the operation of swinging the louver again to diffuse the hot air flow is repeated. Accordingly, the user can be prevented from undergoing low-temperature burns or the like caused by the receiving of the hot air flow for a long period of time.
