PURPOSE:To output necessary monitoring results by arranging a control means between a means for detecting the condition at each section of a vehicle and a display/alarm sound generating means and inputting signals from a start detecting means and an engine rotation detecting means to said control means. CONSTITUTION:A shift lever position detector 5 will detect the shifting to a position other than the parking position and feed a pulse to a controller 2. Under moving condition of an automobile, the controller 2 is functioned by a pulse from the shift lever position detector 5 to output the monitoring results from the sensors 1A-1N to a display 3 or an alarm sound generator 4. Consequently, only the necessary monitoring information can be outputted continuously at each level of starting an engine, driving and stopping.
