PURPOSE:To generate a designated list with a printer of a personal computer or the like by designating images, which are arranged on the second original at an integer-fold pitch of 1/12 inches in the row direction of the second original, to synthesize them in a prescribed range of the first copied original. CONSTITUTION:A designated image of the second original G2 is edited (synthesized) in an entry area En of the first original G1 and is formed on plural forms. List items such as addresses are arranged in row and column directions on the original G2, and the arrangement pitch of list frames St is Px in the row direction and is Px in the column direction. This arrangement pitch is stored in a processor for editing control. The pitch Px in the row direction of frames St is set to integer-fold 1/12 inches. Thus, the list of the original G2 is generated by the printer of a personal computer or the like to simplify the list generation. |
