PURPOSE:To attain not only the miniaturization and thickness reduction of a time-piece but also the enhancement in waterproofness, by employing a signal input apparatus consisting of at least three sets of solar cell blocks. CONSTITUTION:When an operation jig is set with respect to at least three sets of solar cell blocks 6a-6c, a light receiving condition discrimination circuit 20 outputs a change-over control signal Sc by the generation of a conduction signal and RS-FF is reset to output a low speed correction control signal Sl. A signal change-over circuit 17 changes over from an input terminal I1 to an input terminal I2 by the supply of the signal Sc to stop hand moving operation on a timing signal phit. The signal Sl is supplied to a correction signal forming circuit 16 and a waveform shaping circuit 13 comes to an operative state to generate a low speed correction signal phil. This signal phil is supplied to a circuit 18 through an OR gate and the circuit 17 and a hand motion display apparatus 2 is subjected to low sped correction at a speed of 2Hz of the signal phil. The circuit 20 outputs a high speed correction control signal Sh in place of the signal Sl and, in the circuit 16, the operation of the circuit 13 is stopped while a circuit 14 is operated to generate a signal phih and the apparatus 2 is subjected to quick feed correction by the signal phih. |
