Engine bonnet

An engine bonnet for a vehicle is constructed so as to be capable of being walked on for the purpose of loading the roof more easily. This is achieved in that an undershell corresponding to the shape of the engine hood is attached in the central planar area of the underside of the engine hood and a non-slip cover is provided on the upper side of the engine hood. For the purpose of additionally increasing stability, the cavity formed by the engine hood and the undershell is filled with foam.
