<p>PURPOSE:To decide whether or not a product-in-process undergone a normal working process by supplying successively the data showing that each working is through with an input/output device and outputting the data supplied previously when the working is started. CONSTITUTION:The input/output devices 1, 2 and 3 are prepared for an application process, a check process and shipment process respectively. While an input/ output device 4 serves as a center. In case the data is produced first from the application process, the data showing that the application process is through normally is written to the master file of the device 4 as long as the product-in- process is supplied from its own production line. Then a checking job is carried out when the data is obtained through the second check process and the product- in-process underwent the normal application process. Thus the quality of the product is decided. When the third data is obtained through the shipment process, a shipment job is carried out as long as the product-in-process underwent both application and check processes.</p> |
