Apparatus and process for filtering liquids with minimal product-water mixing and minimal filtration losses

In order to protect the Earth from further pollution by introducing filterable pollutants into soil, water and air, filtration processes are presented in which there is no, or only minimal, product/water mixing. Furthermore, product losses at the end of filtration are very largely avoided, since gaseous substances can be used for filter-emptying filtration.
