PURPOSE:To simplify the apparatus, and to improve the operation efficiency by separating a step of recording a rough estimated edge line, a step of detecting errors, and a step of drawing the image to a film, and then cutting it with a XY cutter respectively, and by utilizing an image processing method and a memory medium. CONSTITUTION:The original film (a) is setted on a glass plate 22 in the almost same way that a center of an image pick up element 32 accords to a starting position of said simplified edge line by driving a pulse motors 26 and 30. And then, the pulse motors 26 and 30 are controlled according to the memory medium memorized the simplified edge line, and the image of the original film lying in an under-ward of the image pick up element 32 is photographed by said element 32, while driving said element 32 according to said simplified edge line, and the edge line having a sudden change of the density is decided by the image processing means. The distance between the edge line and the center of the image pick up element, namely a lag and a direction of the simplified edge line against the actual edge line is detected, and the correction factor is calculated from the detecting value, and the true edge line obtd. by correcting adjustably the simplified edge line XY value is stored on the another memory medium. Said memory medium is drawn on a read color coated film, and then said film is cut by said XY cutter. |
