PURPOSE:To form a lining layer of high anti-corrosive reliability by pressing a surface of a base sheet of a specified lining sheet being contacted with a part in water where lining is performed and by irradiating ultraviolet ray on the adhered part to cure the ultra-violet ray curable resin and to form thereby a lining layer. CONSTITUTION:A ultra-violet ray pervious and water-insoluble plastic film 1, a base material 2 where an ultra-violet ray curable resin is being immersed and a releasing paper 3 are passed through rolls 8, 8' for adhesion to form a laminated lining sheet 11. After the releasing paper of the lining sheet 11 is peeled off in water, the surface of the base material is contacted with the part of a construction in water where lining should be done and the surface of the plastic film is pressed to adhere while water is being expelled. A water proof ultra-violet ray irradiating apparatus is then put in water and the ultra-violet ray curable resin is cured by irradiating ultra-violet ray for a specified time to form the lining layer. |
