PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent the wave of a convection layer from generating and also a stirring phenomenon at the time of water supply from occurring and restore the light permeability of the diaphragm by disposing in contact with each other a plurality of pipes provided with water supply and drain ports opening toward the longitudinal direction in a upper convection layer on the surface of a diaphragm main body. CONSTITUTION:A number of pipes 4 are arranged at a suitable interval L mutually in parallel so that they rectangularly intercross in a direction where natural wind 7 most dominate. When natural wind 7 occurs in the direction of an arrow, the surface of the upper convection layer 1 is agitated in waves but pipes 4 provided rectangularly to the natural wind 7 suppress the waves. The promotion of heat radiation due to stirring and increase in the heat radiation area which occur at the time of generating waves can be prevented. The water supply and drain port of each pipe 4 is provided adjacent to the surface of the diaphragm main body 3 in the form of a slit toward the longitudinal direction, and supply water is widened so that it slides along the surface of the diaphragm 3, and hence stirring due to supply water can be reduced. By draining the upper convection layer 1 from the supply and drain port 5, dusts and weeds on the surface of the diaphragm main body 3 can be removed and the light permeability can be restored. |
