<p>The invention relates to a writing instrument of the type comprising a body (1) and a cap, which elements can be assembled by screwing, in which the writing element (3, 13) is mounted so as to slide inside the body. According to the invention, the thread onto which the cap can be screwed is formed on a piece integral with the writing element. In the writing position, this threaded portion is retracted into the said body and, in the rest position, in other words when the cap is placed on the writing element, the cap bears against the body of the writing element under the stress of an elastic-return member (25).</p> |
