<p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of output by variably controlling a variable velocity accelerator so as to offset the pulsation of the output of a variable propeller due to momentary variation in wind velocity, and variably controlling the pitch angle of said variable propeller. CONSTITUTION:A velocity regulating transmitter 26 detects a pulsation due to momentary variation in wind velocity among detected wind velocities, and variably controls the acceleration ratio of a variable velocity accelerator 22 so as to offset the pulsation of the output of a variable propeller. A displacement angle transmitter 20 detects the displacement of the output frequency of a generator 16 with respect to a system power source 18, and variably controls the pitch angle of the variable propeller 10 and controls an output so that the displacement of the output frequency can be within an off-adjustment limit. Thereby, the output control of generator can be carried out with high accuracy.</p> |
