PURPOSE:To simplify a system constitution including a master CPU side and a slave CPU side by sending a transmission enable address signal representing a slave CPU to be sent together with a data through a transmission from a master CPU toward the slave CPU. CONSTITUTION:A master transmission/reception circuit 5 is constituted to execute transmission/reception by a data format, and an outgoing transmission format uses an outgoing transmission line 16 to send a data from the master transmission/reception circuit 5 to slave transmission/reception circuits 11a-11c. A slave transmission control signal includes information to control the transmission from slave circuits 2a-2c to a master circuit 1 in the section C4 of an outgoing format and it is called a transmission enable data. The data consists of 8-bit B0-B7, and the 6-bit B0-B5 are used for the address signal of the slave circuit to be sent, that is, the transmission enable address signal. Thus, the data transmission placing priority to the slave circuit having much data quantity is attained and the transmission line is efficiently used.
