PURPOSE:To reduce the pressure variation in an oil pump chamber by connecting a communication path having a small cross-section while communicating between the oil pump chamber and a space in an enclosed case to the oil pump chamber having the volume variable through reciprocation of a vane. CONSTITUTION:A fluid diode is arranged as a distribution member for suction/ discharge in a pump chamber 12 for feeding the oil to predetermined lubricating points through reciprocation of a vane 10 while a communication pipe 39 having a small cross-section and opening above the oil level in an enclosed casing 1 is provided. Consequently, when the suction negative pressure in the pump chamber 12 is high under high speed rotation, the gas in the enclosed casing 1 is led into the pump chamber 12 to damp the pressure variation so as to perform a stable lubrication.
