IMPACT-RESISTANT THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled resin compsn. having excellent resistance to weather and cold and transparency, by blending a polymer obtd. by grafting acrylonitrile and styrene onto a polyorganosiloxane with a methyl methacrylate polymer. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. is obtd. by blending 3-80wt% poly organosiloxane graft polymer (a) obtd. by grafting a monomer mixture of 10-30wt% acrylonitrile and 90-70wt% styrene onto a polyorganosiloxane having a degree of swelling of 3.0-15.0 as measured in a toluene solvent to such an extent that the grafting ratio is 60-140%, with 97-20wt% methyl methacrylate polymer (b). Said polyorganosiloxane can be prepd. by adding a crosslinking agent and a grafting agent to an organosiloxane and carrying out a condensation reaction.
