CONSTITUTION:Water is sprayed from a water washing nozzle 39 to a mold member 1 having a mold frame 2 into which a piston-shaped male mold 3 having the same section as that of an inner hole and a water film is formed on the inner face of the mold frame 2. Then, an inverting, transporting means 5 is transferred to stand the mold member 1, ground fish b of KAMABOKO ingredient is packed into the interior of the mold frame 2, molded and a mold releasing layer G of water film is formed between the ground fish b and the mold frame 2. Then, the transporting means 5 is transferred, the mold member 1 is inverted and turned upside down, a male mold 3 is protruded to push out processed KAMABOKO a from the inner hole and the KAMABOKO a is dropped by empty eight on a receiving, transporting means 7 moving at equal speed. |
